With Sang Bai Pi, for Lung Heat cough.
With Zhi Zi, powerfully clears and drains lurking Heat from the Lungs with fever, fullness in the chest, cough with yellow sputum and epistaxis or hematemesis.
with Mu Tong and Che Qian Zi, for burning dysuria.
Cx. Mori Sang Bai Pi 15g Drains Heat from the Lungs, stops cough, calms wheezing, promotes urination and reduces edema.
Sm. Plantaginis Che Qian Zi 15g Promotes urination, clears Damp-Heat, clears the Lungs, expels Phlegm and stops cough.
With Ze Xie, for Lin Syndrome, edema and distention.
Fr. Gardeniae Zhi Zi 15g Clears Heat, reduces Fire, drains Damp-Heat and eliminates irritability.
Rx. Ophiopogonis Mai Men Dong 15g Moistens the Lungs, nourishes Yin and stops cough.
Rz. Alismatis Ze Xie 9g Promotes urination and leaches out Dampness.
With Mu Tong, for Lin Syndrome with scanty urine and edema.
Caulis Akebiae Mu Tong 9g Promotes urination and unblocks painful urinary dysfunction.
With Ze Xie, for pelvic infections.
Poria Fu Ling 20g Promotes urination, leaches out Dampness and strengthens the Spleen.
With Ze Xie, facilitates the removal of water and leaches out Dampness to treat stagnant water and Dampness leading to edema, jaundice, diarrhea, Milky Lin, and scanty, difficult urination with abdominal distention.
With Che Qian Zi, for Lin syndrome, especially Milky Lin.
Sm. Lepidii/Descurania Ting Li Zi 10g Drains the Lungs, reduces Phlegm, calms wheezing, circulates water and reduces edema.
With Da Zao, for facial edema and a sonorous blocked nose.
Fr. Jujube Da Zao 12g Tonifies the Spleen and Stomach, augments Qi and moderates and harmonizes the harsh properties of other herbs.
With Ting Li Zi, for cough, wheezing and chest fullness due to Phlegm accumulation in the chest.
